Objective
Restore reliability, accessibility and management simplicity to one of the most visited websites in the public sector
The project objective—to build a new Sodra website compliant with W3C, WCAG and WAVE standards while ensuring accessibility for all audiences. The challenge was to harmonize design usability, content clarity and technical stability on a platform visited daily by tens of thousands of Lithuanian residents.
Priority emphasis—to maximize content management simplicity, ensuring the website remains flexible and manageable without additional technical assistance.

Challenge
W3C, WCAG, WAVE compliance, API and intranet synchronization, calculator refactoring
Aligning accessibility standards, content volume and contemporary design—a task that demanded meticulous UX/UI planning and execution.
Additional challenges—non-standard API integrations, data synchronization with the intranet and calculator migration between disparate technological environments while maintaining seamless functionality.
Outcome
From an outdated system—to a modern instrument that is intuitive to use and effortless to manage
The renewed Sodra website became accessible to all audiences, operates with stability and velocity, while content management—with expanded capabilities—is clear and flexible. The project was delivered in full compliance with public sector requirements, while contemporary technological solutions ensure a high-performance, secure and readily scalable infrastructure foundation.
